Aug. 13

So Mr. Tiggifer Leeman (Tigger my cat) came home Wed. night. He was gone for 5 nights and 6 days. All day Wed. I was mad at him so I never yelled for him. It was about 10:30 at night and I was watching tv upstairs and I just had a feeling to go call for him. But I sat on my bed for a few min. trying to fight myself by saying gosh, why do I do this to myself...I go out there and yell and hes never there and it just depresses me! But then I felt guilty so of course I thought Id try again...and to my surprise I could see his eyes glowing at the back of my yard! That lil stinker! I'm so so happy hes back home! And so are the kids! 

Monday I took the girls (Alexa & Kaylee) to sign up for school! They are going to different schools this year :( Alexa is going into 4th...I can't believe the time has gone so fast! She got the teacher she wanted so she was really happy! Then we went to Kaylee's school. I hadn't been in that school before so we walked around after we turned in her papers. And I must say that the teachers have a lot of unpacking to do! We found kaylee's room and her teacher was in there with two of her kids putting things away! She seems really nice! After that I took them to Subway! I must say it was nice to spend a few hours with just them. We don't get to do that very often! 

On Tuesday was Kaylee & Kayden's dentist appointments. They did really good. Kaylee got her x-rays done for school. Which she wasn't to happy about because they stick something in your mouth while they take the x-ray and she almost threw up on them twice lol poor lil girl! But actually they tried this last year and she did get sick so I'm glad this year it went much better. Little man had an x-ray of his front tooth because of his accident last week. They said that he looked good :0) So all four of the kiddo's teeth are looking good this year! 

After the dentist appointment the kids talked me into going to tropical sno (or I think thats what it's called) Its shaved ice and you can pick all different types of flavors. Kayden got spiderman, Kaylee got cotton candy, and I got strawberry. Which they were all good! After we got done there we went to Wal-Mart. The kids thought they were lots of help! Which they were at putting junk food in the cart! Now don't you see something wrong with this....after I got the kids teeth done we went for tropical sno and then a bunch of junk food lol Which I did put most of it back...I didn't even think about all of that until I got home!

So today is pretty much a quiet day. It's going to be pretty hot outside today which means the kiddo's and I will be inside! I'm thinking I'll just break out out homemade play dough..that keeps them entertained for a good 30 min or so. 


Yesterday morning I noticed I hadn't seen Tigger (my cat). I've had him for 10 1/2yrs! Hes like my first child lol anyways so I started to call for him  and nothing. I though well he must be sleeping. So I did this throughout the day and by the kids bed time I knew that he had gotten let outside! Gosh that makes me soo mad..I just worry about him because of his age and he has no claws. Last time when he got out (last summer) he stayed out for 5 days and he got so sick when he got back. And to top it off its going to be really hot out today. I just hope hes doing ok and will be home soon!

Alexa has been at her dads this weekend and she comes home later today! :0) I'm so excited...were going to play some Wii Fit together!  It's funny how much you miss your kids even if they are only gone for 2 days lol

Kayen's indecent & the girls getting ready for school!

Aug. 3rd

Today I've been catching up on all the laundry that I've been avoiding all week. And I was marking the girls things I got for school the day before. I must say that it feels great to have their school stuff bought three weeks before school! Usually I wait to the last min for everything. 

This afternoon about 4pm I just got a load of laundry out of the dryer. I brought it into the living room and dumped it on the floor in front of my couch. I walked back into the kitchen (thats where my washer & dryer are) and out of the corner of my eye I seen kayden run from one side of the living room to the towel pile. I knew he was going to jump on all the warm towels because all the kids just love doing that. But I didn't actually see the jumping part because I was in the kitchen by then.

I walked back into the living room (about 1 min later) and Kayden was sitting on the pile of towels with his back to me. I walked over to him because I knew something was wrong (hes usually very hyper) and when he turned and looked at me all I could see was blood coming from his mouth. My mom happened to be at my house and grabbed him to bring him into the kitchen to sit on my chair (there is better lighting in my kitchen) and I ran and got something to wipe all the blood off so I can see what happened. 

Once I got the blood wiped off his mouth I could tell that his tooth went through the top of his lip and came out the bottom of his lip. Of course his mouth was still bleeding after a few min and I thought that was kinda weird. So I decided to look at his teeth (he wouldn't let me touch his upper lip to pull up to see his teeth at first). But when I pulled his top lip up I was able to see his front teeth. His front right tooth was still bleeding all around it. And I touched it and it was lose! I called my sister right away (shes a dental hygienist). She told me to give him soft foods and that his gums should harden up. But if his tooth turns colors thats not good and they would probably have to pull it. 

My sister came in the next morning to look at Kayden's mouth. She said his tooth is still lose and gums are puffy where his tooth got jammed in back in his gums a little. She says just keep an eye on it. Kaylee & Kayden have dentist appointments on next Tues (Aug 10) for there yearly check up. Which I had already made that two months ago! So I guess that worked out good! 

So can you believe that through all of this he never even cried! Which I guess shouldn't really surprise me because he never cried for any of his baby shots or when he split the corner of his eye socket open when he was two. What a tough lil guy! I asked Kayden what happened and he said that when he jumped that the landed his mouth on the couch. Which our couch doesn't have the best stuffing anyways (I hate the couch) and some spots there is no stuffing and you can just feel the wood frame. 

Aug. 4th

 I took the girls to get their hair cut for school. Alexa decided that she wanted to get her hair highlighted. She has been begging me to let her do this for a looong time!

Kaylee decided that she just wants a trim and she is going to try to grow her hair back out. 

I even decided to treat myself and get my hair colored and highlighted too! It had been a 1 1/2 since I had touched my hair! 

A little about me...and my CrAzY but WoNdErFuL life!

Hi everyone! I'm Aimee and I'm 27 years old. I have four children. Alexa 9, Kaylee 5, Kayden 4, & Alivia 2. I've been in a relationship for almost 4 years now and hes the father of Alivia. My boyfriend is almost 10 years older than me! Which is crazy that I'm the more mature one lol.

I was born in Des Moines, Iowa on Nov. 23rd 1982 after my mother ate a whole batch of chocolate chip cookie dough (which is my favorite). I have an older sister (Amanda) who is almost 3 years older than me. Our parents got divorced when we were young. I was 4 or 5 (I'm not sure witch..and I don't really remember any of the divorce). My mom got remarried when I was 5 or 6 to my step-dad Mike. My mom and Mike had my little sister (Mikayla) in Sept. 2000.

I turned 18 two months after my little sister was born. And can you believe a month after that I got married to my oldest's dad on December 23, 2000. Which I think now is total craziness! I was done with high school in Jan. 2001 and I had my first child (Alexa Nicole) on March 23, 2001. She was born at 5:04pm at 9 lbs 11.5 oz and 22 1/2 " long. And yes, she was all natural! Horrible experience (the labor that is) and I'm happy to say that I had all the others with the epidural. I walked across the stage and got my diploma on May 18, 2001.  Now if your trying to add up the math between my little sister and my daughter..Let me help you...they are one day away from 6 months apart. So we just say that they are 6 months apart. Yes, it was a crazy part of my life but I'm soo happy it was that way. Mikayla & Alexa (my lil sis and daughter) are best friends and the whole experience brought my mom and I close together. She has become my best friend through out the past 10 years.

Alexa was born with a hemangiona birth mark on her forehead. Also known as a strawberry birthmark. Which is extra blood vessels in the skin. It grows during the first year of life and then recedes over time. Alexa's dad and I split by the time she was 2. 

In 2004 I got my CNA license and was working at the Newton hospital on the med/surg floor. I had also gotten a house that Alexa and I moved into. Not long after that I met a guy that I eventually fell for and long story short I got pregnant and had my daughter Kaylee Christine on May 9, 2005. She was 7 lbs 9.6oz and 19" long. Way smaller than her older sister!  

When Kaylee was 5 months old I married her dad (October 2005). Two months after that I found out I was pregnant again. This time I was really nervous! And hoping it was a girl because then I already have everything! When I was 5 months pregnant with my third baby I found out I was having a boy! Which I couldn't of been happier! He was the first boy in our family in 20 years! My mom just couldn't believe it even after I showed her the ultrasound pictures of his "goods". By the time I was 8 months pregnant I split with my husband (best decision ever).  And the new man of my life was born on July 8, 2006. He weighed 7 lbs 3oz and 20" long. 

The next day after Kayden was born they came into my room to tell me that he was jaundice. So they put him under a light. But shortly after that he was not wanting to take a bottle. So they ran some blood work and found that during delivery our blood somehow mixed together. Which he was A- and I'm A+. So his body was shutting down.  They ended up sending him to a bigger hospital that had the equipment that he needed. So after he left I asked to be discharged. Kayden us in the hospital for a total of 8 days before I was able to bring him home. 

 I ended up losing 50 lbs after I had Kayden. I eventually met a guy not long after and we started dating in March 2007.

Not long after Kayden turned 1 I found out I was pregnant again.  So on Feb. 17, 2008 @ 3:32 am I had a beautiful little girl named Alivia Makynzee. And I finally felt complete. And I'm sure you all are wondering if I'm going to have more kids lol..and No!

I don't have any newborn pictures of Alivia on my computer so I'm putting older ones up. 

I'm currently a stay at home mom and my boyfriend works as a sub contractor for Dish Network.  My life is crazy but I love it! Well most of it that is lol. At times being a parent can be trying but yet the rewards are amazing!

Alexa is a very smart child. She's going to be in 4th grade (school starts on Aug. 25th ). Shes very shy at first but once she is comfortable with you she will talk your head off! She has been in dance since she was 3 years old. Since 2nd grade shes been in TAG and the president of her class. She loves art!  Alexa is going to be tall like her mom and dad. She wears a womens size 8 shoe! Her favorite color is of course pink! And her favorite food is homemade taco's!   

Kaylee is 5 years old and is going to be in Kindergarten (school starts Aug. 25th). Which she is super excited about! She has been talking about going to school for almost 2yrs now! Kaylee was also in dance at 3 yrs. And this year shes taking tumbling. Kaylee's favorite color is purple & bright green. Her favorite food is anything with pasta (mac n cheese is preferred)! Favorite drink is Root Beer. And she just loves to play house, Barbies, school, doctor, or dress-up. She loves playing with her little sister Alivia. She says she wants to be a mid-wife when she grows up. 

Kayden is 4 years old. And hes all boy! Which you with think having 3 sisters something would rub off on him! When he was younger the girls would love to dress him up and put makeup on him. But the past year hes not letting them anymore lol He used to play Barbies and house with them but now they won't because hes rough and wants to put them in jail or beat them up! Kayden is the little joker of the family. He will do anything to get anyone around him to laugh. Including putting on his sisters dance tutu and twirl around! Kayden's favorite color is Blue. His favorite food is hot dogs and anything thats candy or sweet! He loves cars, tools, tractors, and fixing things (which is really just taking it apart and mom puts back together). When he grows up he says he wants to be a farmer/cop! 

Alivia is 2 years old. And the little princess. The other kids totally cater to her every need! She doesn't yet have a favorite color but she does love to color!  She does have a favorite show...Spongebob! She could actually just sit and watch it all day long! Alivia is such a good mix of all the kids! She loves playing with big sister Kaylee. They love playing house together. And she just LOVES to swim! She lays down in the tub and the only part that sticks out is her nose and mouth! Thank God lol shes been doing that since she was 1! I remember I just couldn't believe how she kind of just knew not to put her nose or mouth in the water at only 1! We call her livie for short and shes thinks that she's really Kaylee's age.
